FAQs

When will my painting reach me?

That depends on where you are located. Once you have made the payment and your order is confirmed, we will email you the courier details along with the transit times.

For further questions, please write to [email protected]

How are payments accepted?

Currently, payments are accepted by Paypal on this website.

If you prefer to pay directly via bank transfer, please email [email protected] . Do keep in mind that the bank will charge a currency exchange fee.

Any applicable duties are to be paid by the buyer.

Do you accept payments over time?

Yes. You can pay by a mutually agreed number of instalments. The artwork will be shipped once all the instalments have been completed.

How are the paintings sent?

Paintings can be sent stretched or rolled. We recommend having large pieces sent rolled as it is the safest way to ship artworks and avoid damage. Also, the shipping cost will be much lower than that of a stretched painting.

The paintings on paper will be shipped framed. They are small in size and have been framed with acrylic (not glass) so as to avoid breakage. They also weigh less, so the shipping cost is low.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

Please email us along with a photo of the damaged painting at jennybhatt(at)gmail(dot)com.

If found to be damaged, we will refund your payment once the painting reaches us as a return.

Why do the colors on my painting look different from what I see on my computer screen?

There are several reasons for this. Computer screens are backlit, so there will be a slight variation in what you see on screen and what you see in the original painting. It’s exactly like the difference between a file on screen and a printout of that file. Also, the inks used for printing are different from the pigments of the colours used for painting.

And the inks used on each printing surface vary. For example, inks used to print on paper or canvas are different from inks used to print on a t-shirt or a mobile case. If the same file is used to print multiple products, the colors on all will vary slightly depending on how each material absorbs the color and the printing process used. So don’t panic ;P Jenny is a stickler for quality. Bad printing drives her nuts! Actually, bad ANYTHING drives her nuts!
